SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING
Supported living for 16+ to 18-year-olds
Apex Pathway supported accommodation service provides both solo single accommodation and group living accommodation in a supportive environment for residents aged 16 to 18 years.
Our goal is to promote a culture of respect, self-reliance, making age-appropriate decisions and learning the essential life skills required for a successful transition into independence and adulthood.
RESIDENTIAL CHILDREN'S HOME
Our Residential Children's Home offers a nurturing and secure environment for children aged 13 to 17 who require support for their complex needs.
Situated in a family-oriented neighbourhood, our home is designed to create a warm, family-like atmosphere. Our staff is trained in the PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) Model, which helps cultivate a positive and supportive culture. This approach ensures that every child feels valued, respected, and heard, with their voices at the heart of our service delivery, promoting their well-being and development.
Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to understanding each child's unique needs and delivering personalised care that encourages growth, resilience, and a deep sense of belonging.
At Apex Pathway, we believe in creating a foundation that empowers every child to reach their full potential, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and support needed to thrive both now and in the future.
How we support our young people
We will make sure they are kept safe from harm or danger. And your new home is a happy one. We will also make sure they see a dentist, doctor & optician. And also eat healthily.
Promoting Well-being and Ensuring Safety
We will make sure they receive weekly allowances and other funds that will help them to be independent.
Money
Family is the Foundation. We will motivate them to maintain connections with their loved ones and also assist them in forging new friendships.
Fostering Positive Relationships
We will assist them in discovering activities they enjoy and encourage them to explore new interests. Additionally, we'll support them during their school journey. Their designated keyworker will assist with homework and accompany them on school excursions
